"An obvious positive difference made"

"At school, we can clearly see the positive relationship that develops between the Big Brother/Big Sister and their matched learner. The learners regularly talk about their Big Brother/Big Sister and the activities that they do together. Many of our mentors have

been matched with learners for several years, and are there to be both a positive role model, mentor and support to them, sometimes in challenging times.

There is an obvious positive difference made in the lives of our learners through participating in the Big Brothers Big Sisters programme, and we are very appreciative of the fact that we are able to be involved in this programme."
